Business Questions

General information about appointments, location, contact, delivery, and installation.

Do I need an appointment to visit?

Yes. We are not open to the public without an appointment. To schedule a visit, purchase a lift, or arrange delivery/installation, call or text 443-906-1120.

Are you open on the weekends?

We are not typically open on weekends, but limited availability may be possible by appointment. Call or text 443-906-1120 to check availability and schedule a visit.

Where are you located?
Can I text your phone number?

Yes — call or text us anytime at 443-906-1120.

Do you offer delivery and installation?

Yes. We offer delivery as a standalone service as well as delivery with installation throughout the DMV area. Contact us to discuss availability, pricing, and scheduling.

Can you deliver to my home or shop without a forklift?

Yes. Most companies require you to unload the lift yourself or pick it up from a freight terminal — often adding extra fees and hassle.

We offer a simpler option. Using methods we've developed, we can unload the lift for you without heavy equipment. All you need is a flat area with enough space for a trailer and for the lift to slide off safely.

Can you load my trailer or truck if I pick up?

Yes. We have a forklift and can safely load lifts into most trucks and trailers.

Can I see a lift before buying?

All lifts we sell are brand new and packaged in metal crates, so we do not have a traditional showroom with assembled units. However, we do have relationships with local shops using our lifts and may be able to arrange a demo. Contact us to check availability.

Do you offer financing?

No — we do not currently offer financing.

Product Questions

Common questions about lift types, accessories, and choosing the right setup.

Which lift is best for my garage or shop?

The right lift depends on your space, vehicle type, and how you plan to use it. We’re happy to help you choose the best option — just reach out and we’ll walk you through it.

What’s the difference between a 2-post and 4-post lift?

In general:
• 2-post lifts are best for working on vehicles (repairs, maintenance, wheel access)
• 4-post lifts are best for storage and easy drive-on lifting

Both can overlap in use, so the best choice depends on your specific needs and space.

Do you sell lift accessories?

Yes. We offer a range of lift accessories and related equipment to complement your setup.

Can I use the full rated capacity of a 2-post lift?

Not always. A lift’s total capacity is split between two sets of arms. For example, a 9,000 lb lift effectively supports about 4,500 lb per side. Because most vehicles have uneven weight distribution, it’s best to stay within 75–90% of the rated capacity to ensure safe operation.

What’s the difference between top bar (overhead) and bottom bar (base plate) 2-post lifts?

Both designs are safe and effective, but they differ in setup and use:

Top Bar (Overhead / Clear Floor):
• Full floor access (no plate between posts)
• Requires taller ceilings
• More complex installation
• Typically higher cost

Bottom Bar (Base Plate):
• Lower ceiling height required
• Easier installation
• More affordable
• Floor plate between posts may limit access

The best option depends on your space, budget, and how you plan to use the lift.

What size 2-post lift do I need for a diesel or dually truck?

Diesel trucks — especially crew cab long beds and duallys — are heavy and front-weight biased (often 60–62% over the front axle). We typically recommend choosing a lift rated at 1.25× to 1.5× your vehicle’s total weight to ensure safe lifting and proper balance.

If you’re unsure, reach out and we’ll help you choose the right capacity.
